What it is

An afternoon of 養生 Yang Sheng, the quiet art of tending your life.

Traditional Chinese Medicine looks at the whole person, not just isolated symptoms. This series makes that philosophy feel practical: the body clock, the seasons, food, and the everyday habits that quietly keep everything else running. No overcomplicated protocols. Just the foundations. Two ways to join:

The classic

TCM Walk

Grab a drink at a local café, then settle in with a TCM practitioner to unpack the body clock and seasonal eating. We then wander through a Chinatown herbal shop to meet the everyday ingredients you can start using at home.

  • Café meetup with a small group
  • Practitioner-led talk
  • Guided herbal shop visit
  • TCM resource guide + discovery call
The cozy one

Herbal Tea Tasting

A low-effort, in-person way to start tending to your immunity, skin, stress and sleep. Over two herbal teas, our practitioners explain which TCM herbs support you through the season, and why.

  • Tasting of 2 herbal teas
  • Goodie bag from brand partners
  • TCM + integrative medicine lens
  • TCM resource guide + discovery calls
Who it's for

For people who are tired of optimizing.

You're curious about TCM but don't know where to start. You're a founder, creative or professional running on caffeine and 1pm slumps. You want something real and low-effort to add to your routine, not another wellness protocol to manage, and you'd rather be in a small, unpolished room than on another webinar.

Why I started

Listening before prescribing.

I'm Michelle, a former B2B SaaS marketer turned intuitive business strategist. I grew up in Taiwan, where food was how care showed up: soups, teas, and the quiet wisdom of 養生.

The way a good TCM practitioner listens before prescribing is how I approach my own client work. These events are how I bring that energy into a relaxed, real-world setting.

Want your brand on the next walk?

This series gathers a small, curious circle of founders, creatives, and wellness-minded people in Toronto who want to look after their bodies the Eastern way. I love building longer-term partnerships with aligned brands, especially thoughtfully made teas, tonics, and foods rooted in (or inspired by) Eastern wellness traditions.
